What is a Methonerd?

I am a self-described Methonerd. What is that exactly? My heart is strangely warmed when I think about all the United Methodist Conferences I will attend this year. There is nothing better than the practical theology of John Wesley and the Connectionalism of the United Methodist Church. I'm looking forward to inspiring worship, connecting with fellow methonerds across the globe and seeing United Methodist polity in action. The best part of these conferences is that I will spend time with some of my favorite people on this planet.
